Greeting to all colleagues who work in the fields of land affairs, geodesy, construction, urban planning and public utility and customers of Administration of Land Affairs, Construction, Geodesy and Cartography (ALACGaC).
The organization is a government implementing agency which is responsible for implementing state policies, and serving and determining the policies of the Minister of Ministry of Road, Transportation, Construction, and Urban Development. It is also in charge of providing professional advice and support, and necessary study and information in decision making process of five major sectors, i.e. land affairs, geodesy and cartography, construction, urban planning, and public utility.
Main principles for our daily activities are to implement state policies, resolutions, and orders in the above five sectors which are the key issues of social and economic development of Mongolia, to give fast and easy service to business entities, organizations and citizens for running business in the related fields, and to provide professional assistance.
Therefore, it is crucial to implement state policies and goals by enhancing land renovation policy in order to put the land into economic circulation, to map Mongolian territory, to provide integrated elevation system, to establish national spatial information infrastructure, to develop public utility, construction and its material production, and to support urban planning, urban development and mapping management.
Our main aims are to develop legislation and technical documents as they can be easily understood by the citizens, economic entities, organizations, customers and other related individuals, to have skillful colleagues who serve with open mind and transparent to the customers.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the organizations, engineers and foreign partners who cooperate with us to develop the construction and land management sector in Mongolia.
